Biography and career

Martins moved to Los Angeles in September 1999. He is a prolific stunt performer that has worked on numerous TV shows and films. Before this, he had played football in college and had been a Golden Gloves boxer.

Some of the TV shows Martins has worked in are Breaking Bad (with Dean Norris), Bones (with Stana Katic), Sons of Anarchy, NCIS: Los Angeles, Dark Blue, The Unit (with Dennis Haysbert), and CSI: NY. He has also worked on the films Savages, Iron Man, and The Kingdom.

Martins has played several roles on 24:

• In Day 6: 10:00pm-11:00pm, he played a sentry at Abu Fayed's final warehouse, where Fayed told him to stay and guard the entrance. Jack Bauer knocked him to the ground and broke his neck when starting his raid on the building.

• In Day 3 of The Rookie, he played Salazar guard 2.

• In Season 8, he played a terrorist working for Samir Mehran.
