Biography and career

Rasmussen was born in Tucson, Arizona. He received his B.A. at California State University, Long Beach in Theatre and then attended both the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and South Coast Repertory.

Since 1986, Rasmussen has been steadily working on films and TV shows. He has appeared in TV shows like Beverly Hills, 90210, JAG, Alias, Southland (with Kevin Alejandro and Michael Cudlitz), Desperate Housewives (with Ricardo Chavira), Sons of Anarchy (with Tommy Flanagan and Benito Martinez), and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
