Biography and career[]
Jesse D. Goins is a character actor that started his career in 1978. That year, he appeared in three episodes of the TV mini-series King, which chronicled the life of civil rights activist Martin Luther King, Jr. After that, he has appeared in a slew of television shows, including Diff'rent Strokes, The Dukes of Hazzard, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Hill Street Blues and Ally McBeal.
Goins was also a recurring actor on the hidden camera show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, along with Ivar Brogger. He also appeared in the film RoboCop alongside fellow 24 stars Peter Weller, Paul McCrane, Ray Wise, Kurtwood Smith, and Edward Edwards.
