24: Redemption Soundtrack is fourth official 24 soundtrack release from the show, and the sixth album released overall. It features music from the Season 7 prequel, 24: Redemption.
The album is composed by Sean Callery. Larold Rebhun was the score mixer, Jeff Charbonneau was the music editor, Mike Olman and Ken Kobett were the mixers, and vocals were provided by Lizbeth Scott.
In the album insert, Callery acknowledges the fact that the 24 theme, which he refers to as "Jack Bauer's theme", is barely featured in Redemption, saying that it was a conscious choice that he made whilst following the story. He says that "I simply followed the story and let it take me where it was going. There are more lyrical themes, in keeping with the emotional journey of the characters and the story."
