24: Season 7 was released on DVD in the United States on May 19, 2009, the day after the two-hour Season 7 finale. It features all 24 episodes from Season 7, audio commentary on selected episodes, deleted scenes, and bonus features. All episodes are presented in anamorphic widescreen.

Unlike previous seasons, the season 7 DVD is in a DVD Keepcase format as opposed to four "slim packs." The DVD contains no inserts that feature episode summaries and listing the special features.
