5137 Olsen Avenue is an address in Simi Valley, California. Darren McCarthy had an office located there on the second floor of the building.

Gray, having been tortured by his brother Jack, revealed that BXJ Technologies had contracted McCarthy to decomission the 5 suitcase nuclear devices. Jack and Gray then went to the office as to ascertain the whereabouts of McCarthy. When they entered the office, Jack and Gray noticed that the computer was self deleting it's files. While attempting to stop it, a noise came from another room. Having heard it, Jack handcuffed Gray to a shelf and went to inspect it's cause. He was then jumped by two armed men. Just as one was about to hurt Jack, his father, Phillip stopped the man, a member of his team. They all came together to exchange information. It was decided that Jack should contact CTU to let them know the situation. Just then, one of Phillip's men, who was actually in the employ of Graem, grabbed Jack and disarmed him. Gray then had his father and brother placed into restraints, effectively revealing his complaisant roll in the plot.
