Day 1[]

After Kim Bauer called her mother to tell her she and Janet York had been kidnapped at Platt's Auto Body, Teri called 9-1-1 and told the dispatcher where the girls were. When Teri and Kevin Carroll were pulled over by a motorcycle cop for speeding, they asked him to call the nearby station and verify the 9-1-1 call they had made, which he eventually did. The Red Square assassin sent to kill Victor Aruz called 9-1-1 to report Aruz's car as stolen. Not long after, a civilian bystander spotted what looked like Aruz getting mugged by Jack Bauer and called 9-1-1, allowing the assassin and his partner to locate Aruz. ("Day 8: 4:00pm-5:00pm")
