Aaron Norvell played NYPD officer Burtt during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career

Aaron Norvell's father was a football player at Wisconsin. Norvell played linebacker at the same college. He also has an older brother, Jay, who was part of the Wisconsin coaching staff and then a receivers coach at Oklahoma University.[1] Norvell was also a football agent for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).

Norvell started his professional acting career in 1999 with a small role on the film How to Become Famous. After that, he has appeared in other films like Song of Songs, Chuck Gordon: Professional Juror, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (with Glenn Morshower), and The Sandman (with Tobin Bell). Aside of films, Norvell has also appeared on numerous TV shows. He has appeared on Crossing Jordan (with Ravi Kapoor), NCIS (with Pauley Perrette and Tim Guinee), Desperate Housewives (with Ricardo Chavira, Doug Savant, and Christina Chang), and Shooter. Most of Norvell's roles on TV and film have been as law enforcement officers.

Norvell also worked as a personal trainer at Hermosa Beach, California.
