Abdullah was a terrorist who worked for Rafique and ultimately Habib Marwan during Day 4.

Abdullah, a driver named Rasheed, and a third accomplice released Jack Bauer to CTU in exchange for Behrooz Araz. Jack was supposed to be simultaneously shot by Anwar, but was saved by a CTU counter-sniper. Abdullah smashed the tracking device in Behrooz's wristwatch, and then used a knife to carve out the second device from his neck. Abdullah, Rasheed, and the other man fled the scene with Behrooz in their van.

Abdullah and his unnamed accomplice are killed in a deleted scene of Day 4. Behrooz is forced onto a plastic sheet and Abdullah confirms to him that his mother Dina was killed. The other terrorist takes aim at Behrooz. Curtis Manning and his team suddenly kill him and Abdullah, and though Behrooz is rescued, he is in despair at the loss of his mother.

He is listed in status as "alive" instead of deceased because deleted scenes are not trustworthy canon; in a contradictory deleted scene, Edgar Stiles states that Behrooz was instead found "in a shipping container registered to Marwan", indicating that Abdullah was not killed by Curtis.
