Adamson was an intelligence analyst at CTU Los Angeles during Day 5.

On orders from Curtis Manning, Adamson ran a data recovery operation on the Day 5 phone records of Tony Almeida. Adamson determined that Chloe O'Brian was on Tony's call with David Palmer. Adamson called and reported this to Curtis during a briefing at CTU, and they surmised that she helped them fake the death of Jack Bauer. Bill Buchanan knew that Chloe was in danger, so he ordered that Adamson track Chloe's cell.
