Veto Power
During James Quincy's attempts to get the New American Privacy Act passed through the Senate, he chose Alan Wayans as one of the senators that he could convince to vote for the bill. Meanwhile, Deborah Drexler was trying to keep him from voting for the NAP act. Wayans initially was leaning towards not voting for the bill, but the EMP threat had him wavering towards Quincy's camp. Additionally, a Senator Latt from Tennessee was trying to convince Wayans to vote for the bill by putting a rider into an appropriations bill.
