Biography and career
Albert Hall was born in Brighton, Alabama. He graduated from the Columbia University School of the Arts in 1971. That same year he appeared Off-Broadway in The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel and on Broadway in the Melvin Van Peebles musical Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death.
Hall is a TV and movie actor, with a career spanning 1970 to present day. He has had roles in the TV shows The Practice, Ally McBeal, and Matlock. He has starred in the films Apocalypse Now (with Dennis Hopper), The Fabulous Baker Boys (with Gregory Itzin), Get on the Bus (with Harry Lennix), Ali (with Jon Voight and Mykelti Williamson), and National Treasure: Book of Secrets (again with Voight).
