Andrews was serving at the White House when Jack Bauer knocked Bill Buchanan unconscious to interrogate Ryan Burnett in secret. When Bill regained consciousness, the marine recommended that Bill receive medical attention, but Bill refused. Andrews then informed him that Jack was already in custody, and Bill excused him.
