Captain Anh Hsu was a Chinese military officer who was doing espionage in America for Jong Lee

Anh Hsu ran a Las Vegas dry cleaners and flew the helicopter with Lee and Yizi to Area 51. He was supposed to fly the Blackfoot prototype helicopter with the Malignant Wave device back to China, but was killed by Jack Bauer.
