Arthur Carr was a client of the consulting firm where Olivia Taylor worked prior to and during Day 7.

Arthur Carr met with Olivia Taylor in hopes of using her family connections in the White House to further his business enterprise. Olivia explained to him that she would not work for him as a lobbyist; despite her familial connections, she did not have "the President's ear". When Aaron Pierce came to take Olivia to the hospital, Carr was more than pleased to get out of the conversation that was not going in his favor.
