Bailey Chase (born May 1, 1972; age 45) played Thomas Locke, the head of CTU field operations, in 24: Legacy.

Biography and career Edit

Bailey Chase was born in Chicago, Illinois. His father is a Senior Managing Director and his mother is a designer. Bailey has a brother called Christopher George.

Chase attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, on a full athletic scholarship. He played in Duke's football team as a defensive linebacker. Chase graduated in 1995 with a degree in Psychology. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. He trained for some time in London, and performed in plays like Death of a Salesman and Picnic, among others.

Chase began his professional acting career in 1996, appearing in the TV short Hot Line. After that, he appeared in TV shows like Baywatch, Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Pacific Blue, Charmed, and JAG.

Starting in 1999, Chase started getting more recurring roles in shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer (with Leonard Roberts and Conor O'Farrell), Las Vegas (with Sandrine Holt), Ugly Betty (with Alan Dale and Tony Plana), Saving Grace (with Eric Balfour, Tom Irwin, Benito Martinez, and Chris Mulkey), Damages, Longmire (with Katee Sackhoff and Lou Diamond Phillips), and Grimm.

Aside of TV, Chase has had roles on films like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Boy Next Door (with François Chau), and Dark Metropolis.

Chase has been married since 2012. He and his wife, Amy, have one child.

Role on 24 Edit

Chase played the role of Thomas Locke during 24: Legacy. Locke was the Director of Field Operations at CTU National Headquarters. His casting was announced in September 29, 2016.

Chase appeared in a total of eight episodes and was credited as a guest star. His stunt double was John Bernecker.
