Balboa Rojas was the brother of Francesco and Pizarro Rojas in Vanishing Point. He was killed by Nina Myers.

Rojas came to the U.S. with Pizarro to work with the Chinese to assault Area 51. He was stuck in the fire at the Babylon after taking Pamela Sheridan hostage. He was shot and killed by Nina Myers while he was being distracted by Jack Bauer.
