Baltimore is a city located in the U.S. state of Maryland.

David Palmer was the Baltimore representative in the Maryland State Congress before becoming state senator.

As shown on the TV screens in the morning of Day Six, there was a large scale attack on the largest mall in the city, resulting in the reported deaths of at least 200.
