Agent Maccabee accompanied Agent Richards and escorted Reza Naiyeer to the Warner Enterprises building. Maccabee guarded the door and had an exchange with Marie Warner, and Richards let her in to speak to Reza. At some point she contacted Michelle Dessler to give her an update, and Michelle reported to Tony Almeida that Barbara had called.
As Reza and Richards searched to see who had paid Syed Ali with the company's funds, Marie returned and shot Maccabee with a silenced pistol, then killed the two men and stole the computer evidence. Maccabee's body was found during the following hour, and she was named by Michelle Dessler to be among the bodies discovered by a janitor.

- In a deleted scene from the Season 2 DVD, Maccabee is shown talking to Marie Warner about how her fiancé and her father will probably not be implicated because there was evidence someone hacked into Warner Industries' files. After she says that this development is good news, Marie responds that it is not and shoots her.
