Officer Barber was an LAPD police officer on duty with Sgt. Arroyo during Day 2.

Barber called in a vehicle match during that led the LAPD to a warehouse in Panorama City. CTU Los Angeles Director George Mason came to help them follow up. While they were checking the warehouse, Barber was shot and killed by the terrorist who was guarding inside. Sgt. Arroyo took out the terrorist, but not before Mason was exposed to lethal amounts of plutonium.
