Barcelona is a city in Spain.

Phillipe Darcet was a heroin dealer from here who was busted by CTU in August before Day 1. After Darcet's bust, his assets were transferred from his account with Banco de Barcelona into a custodial account in Langley, Virginia, however George Mason managed to skim $200,000 of the money into an offshore account in Aruba.

Barcelona was seen in a document pulled up by Adam Kaufman in Day 3 2:00am-3:00am.
