At 5:35pm, Barnes arrived with Manning, Witt, and a field team of other agents at the Tyler Memorial Hospital. They were responding to an impending terrorist gassing by Viktor Grigorin. Curtis gave orders to Barnes to cover the north side of the hospital, just as Tom Wegman approached.
