Ben Kram was a supervisor from Division, who was sent to CTU Los Angeles during the events of Day 6.

When Chinese mercenaries managed to take control of CTU Los Angeles for a half hour, Division was convinced that CTU had poor security protocol. Ben was sent over to CTU, to set up an Internal Affairs investigation that regarded the security protocol of the building. When Kram arrived, he quickly jumped into a disagreement with Nadia Yassir, the Interim Director of CTU. Kram felt that it was a foolish decision for Bill Buchanan, the former Director of CTU, to leave his position behind to someone with so little experience.
