Bradley was a man working for Robert Daniels, a terrorist mercenary, during the events of The Game.

Bradley guarded the building at 1023 North Broadson in downtown Los Angeles where snipers were going to take out Vice President Jim Prescott as he went through in his motorcade.
Jack Bauer followed Bradley's boss Daniels to the building, and up to the fifth floor where Bradley and O'Neil were setting up an ambush for Jack. Jack, however, had stolen a radio from a terrorist he had killed earlier, and heard them set up the ambush. Jack avoided the trap and killed both Bradley and O'Neil.
