Cofell Enterprises was located in Burbank at 21500 Riverside Drive on the 14th floor. Jack Bauer went there to find Ted Cofell during the events of Day 1 9:00am-10:00am.

Shortly after 6:00pm on Day 2, Syed Ali ordered Marie Warner to retrieve the trigger to the nuclear bomb from R&J Lumber in Burbank, where his associate Marko Khatami worked. Marie seduced the foreman there in order to gain access to Marko's locker.

Undercover agent Chase Edmunds helped terrorists escape from CTU Los Angeles with a hard drive and hostage Kim Bauer and elude LAPD. After changing vehicles, they then headed to Madsen's base in Burbank. There, Madsen was attacked by thugs loyal to the deceased Sid Wilson.

Felsted Security is located in Burbank. During Day 4 1:00pm-2:00pm, Federal Agent Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines went to Felsted Security to look at surveillence videos. There, a Felsted employee, Gary, and two CTU field agents (Craig Erwich and Rick), were killed by hit-men sent by Henry Powell. Jack killed a number of the attackers, but he and Audrey were eventually cornered. They were rescued when Tony Almeida arrived and killed the remaining assailants.
