CTU Denver is a Domestic Unit of the Counter Terrorism Unit. The unit was based Denver, Colorado.

Milo Pressman and Mike Doyle are former employees of CTU Denver.

During Day 3, CTU Denver secured a vial of the Cordilla Virus. The courier of the virus was shot whilst making a phone call.
