CTU Fairbanks was a CTU Domestic Unit operating out of Fairbanks, Alaska.

In the graphic novel Midnight Sun, CTU Fairbanks was the base of operations for a sting on eco-terrorist group Morningside Dawn. Working with Jack Bauer and Chase Edmunds, Special Agent in Charge Mike Robinson coordinated CTU's efforts, while analyst Carey Devlin researched Morningside Dawn's key members. When Jack's undercover work took him to the edge of the Alaskan National Wildlife Refuge, Robinson sent a UAV borrowed from Las Vegas to keep track of him.
