CTU New York was a Domestic Unit of the Counter Terrorism Unit. The unit was based New York City in New York.

During Day 3, CTU New York, along with the NYPD found a vial of the Cordilla Virus attached to a railing. They sucessfully deffused it.

There is a agent the organisation named Wilson who was present at the defusion of the vial. It is possible he was head of Field Ops. (Day 3 11:00am-12:00pm)
