CTU New York was a Domestic Unit of the Counter Terrorist Unit. The unit was based New York City in New York.

Jack Bauer supervised the opening of CTU New York as a terrorist crisis dawned.

During Day 3, CTU New York, along with the NYPD found a vial of the Cordilla Virus attached to a railing. They sucessfully defused it. Wilson, a CTU NY agent, was present at the defusion of the vial. It is possible he was head of Field Ops. (Day 3 11:00am-12:00pm)
