Reiss

Captain Reiss was the head of the Delta Strike Team assembled in Mexico by CTU to try to intercept the Cordilla Virus. He is on the helicopter that picks up Chase Edmunds, Sergio and Oriol after their truck broke down.

After they landed, Reiss told Edmunds he intends to send him back to Los Angeles, but Edmunds refuses and wants to help. Reiss says he can't because of his hand.

Later, Edmunds volunteered for the forward covert observation position, and was able to convince Reiss into giving him the position.
