Carlos Corretja was a mid-level narcotics distributor for brothers Ramon and Hector Salazar. Carlos operated out of Tijuana, in Mexico.

Day 3[]

Corretja was hired by Hector Salazar to transport a decoy bag of cocaine across the US-Mexican border to deceive CTU Los Angeles. Corretja turned to low-level dealer Zach Parker to find a coke mule who had no record. Parker then convinced the hesitant Kyle Singer, who had once attended Parker's school, to transport it for cash. Parker, and later Singer, were captured; Corretja was incriminated during Parker's confession.

Carlos Corretja had also been the supplier for drug dealer David Goss, who operated within LA.
