Cleveland was an American city in the state of Ohio.
Cleveland was one of the nine original cities targeted by Stephen Saunders for his couriers to release the Cordilla virus. However, the courier to Cleveland, as well as the one headed for Chicago, were redirected to a secondary strike point (most likely Flagstaff) once flights out of LAX were grounded.
