Cofell Enterprises was an investment banking firm located at 21500 Riverside Drive in Burbank. The CEO was Ted Cofell. Staff there included Ted Cofell's secretary, Nancy.

Jack Bauer drove to Cofell Enterprises in an attempt to question Ted Cofell after discovering that Cofell had ties to a bank account in Belgrade that had transferred money to Jamey Farrell. Jack called the company twice, posing as a former classmate of Cofell. Both times, Nancy told Jack that Cofell was leaving town and unable to see him. Jack went to the address anyway and traded spots with Cofell's limo driver, Mark, in order to get Cofell alone.
