While protecting Richard Lesser Cole Keegan met Milo Pressman in a hotel room in Tijuana. Keegan agreed to help Pressman rescue the captured Tony Almeida. Keegan helped Pressman rescue Almeida and returned to CTU with Pressman, Lesser and an agent named Brandy.
