Connie's was a restaurant in the California Plaza where electrician Alan Morgan was to meet Alexis Drazen.

Right after Alexis was stabbed by Elizabeth Nash in a failed sting operation, Morgan called his cellphone to meet up. Jack Bauer answered and, pretending to be Alexis, went to meet Morgan. CTU agents Nina Myers and Teddy Hanlin accompanied him.

At Connie's, Jack recognized Morgan (he was wearing a red baseball cap) and attempted to arrange the trade. Morgan realized that he wasn't Alexis because of Alexis's accent and ran away. Bauer chased him but Hanlin disobeyed Jack's orders not to fire and shot Morgan in the leg. He fell one story to his death.
