Conrad Haas

Conrad Haas was an experienced assassin, hired by Christopher Henderson through James Nathanson to take out President David Palmer. Haas was also assigned to take out Michelle Dessler, Tony Almeida, and Chloe O'Brian, in order to frame Jack Bauer for the murders. After Haas confessed to killing Palmer, Jack killed him in cold blood.

Haas hunting down Chloe and Jack.

When President David Palmer was about to expose National Security information to Martha Logan, Christopher Henderson authorized James Nathanson to hire Haas to take out Palmer. When it was discovered that Jack Bauer was still alive and in hiding, Haas was informed that Palmer, Tony Almeida, Michelle Dessler, and Chloe O'Brian were the only ones who knew Jack was alive. Haas was given the task to take out all four of them, in order to have Jack take the fall for the murders.

Haas first moved on former President Palmer. When Palmer was in Los Angeles, writing his memoirs with his brother Wayne, Haas assassinated him by using a sniper rifle to shoot Palmer in the neck. Palmer immediately fell, and Wayne shouted for the Secret Service to get his brother medical attention.

Within the hour, a bomb that Haas had wired beneath Tony and Michelle's car was triggered by Michelle when she decided to return to CTU Los Angeles to help with the Palmer case. Michelle was killed in the explosion, and Tony was critically injured and brought to CTU medical.

The last target was Chloe O'Brian. When Edgar Stiles contacted Chloe and told her about Michelle's death and Tony's condition, she ran off, and one of Haas' men chased after her. Eventually Chloe was able to lose the henchman, and contacted Jack with the news.

When Chloe met up with Jack and Derek Huxley at an oil refinery, Haas and his three men followed her. Chloe and Derek hid inside the refinery while Jack killed the three hostiles. Haas found Chloe and Derek, but as he approached them, he was shot in the leg by Jack. Chloe, startled by the noise, shot Haas three more times with her own gun.

Jack told Haas that he would get him to a hospital if he told him why he was following Chloe. Haas revealed that Palmer was the primary target, and the others were targeted to set up Jack for Palmer's assassination. To avenge Palmer, Jack simply killed Haas, with Chloe and Derek as witnesses.

By the next hour, a field operative of James Nathanson reported to him from the refinery the death of Haas and his men.

Since Haas dealed with Nathanson only, and was hired solely to assassinate the four targets, it is very unlikely he even knew about the nerve gas conspiracy.

In the TCG: Day 0 set of cards for the 24 Trading Card Game, Haas' first name was revealed but the card used the picture of another actor.
