After Day 6[]
During the debrief of Jack Bauer by District Agent Jorge Ramirez, Jack was accused of giving up the identity of Marcus Holt while in captivity in China. Ramirez and Rick Burke heard from Cheng Zhi that Jack was injected with cylobine-pentothal, and may have forgotten that he was responsible for Holt's death. Jack threatened Burke physically, and after vehemently denying any involvement with the death of his friend Holt, was permitted to leave the debrief.
