Dan Wilcox was the government official at the White House who was in charge of the "gold codes" during the events of Redemption.

President-elect Allison Taylor, shortly before her inauguration, asked President Noah Daniels for the gold codes during her transition meeting with him. Daniels informed Taylor that Dan Wilcox would be the one who will turn over the codes to the person she designated.
