Davis was a henchman working for Ronnie Stark, then Raymond O'Hara during Day 2. He was hired to retrieve the evidence that proved the Cyprus recording was false.

Day 2 Edit

Davis, Raymond O'Hara, and Trask entered the emergency clinic in Los Angeles where their target Jonathan Wallace died. Trask operated a device which was tracking a computer chip which Wallace had originally hidden in his body, but which Jack Bauer had removed.

As Yusuf Auda and Kate Warner fled with the actual evidence, Jack led Trask, Davis, and O'Hara on a wild goose chase with only the tracker in his possession. Outside, Jack killed one of the two drivers, but the second, Ronnie Stark knocked him out with a taser. Davis and Trask carried Jack back inside. Davis grabbed Ronnie's arm, spun him around, and told him to stop when Stark tortured Jack too extremely; Stark ignored his concerns and instead scolded Davis for touching him. ("2:00am-3:00am")

Davis observes Jack's torture

After Jack's heart stopped, Davis left the basement to steal some epinephrine. Upstairs, he murdered a patient, kidnapped Dr. Spire, and obtained the epinephrine. With Dr. Spire, they resuscitated Jack. After speaking with their boss Peter Kingsley, O'Hara killed Stark to take over with the interrogation. Later Davis got a call from Kingsley, and handed it off to O'Hara, so Jack convinced the doctor to partially untie him while the three men were distracted. After Dr. Spire stabbed O'Hara in the back with beroglide, Jack killed both Davis and Trask with two bullets each from O'Hara's pistol. ("3:00am-4:00am")
