Dennis was an assistant to Special Agent in Charge Tony Almeida. When a field tech discovered schematics for the Chandler Plaza Hotel on the laptop of terrorist Michael Amador, Tony sent Dennis to notify National Health Services. Because of the danger posed by the Cordilla virus, which was soon to be released at the hotel, Tony made sure Dennis would be clear about keeping the NHS team under the radar.
