Dennis Winthrop was a British film producer from Coventry Productions. Teri Bauer worked for him in the art direction of the award-nominated film Demon Hunter.

At 5:59am, Winthrop called Teri Bauer to invite her to the Silver Screen Awards.
Around 8:16pm, Dennis left the auditorium with Nancy Colburn to get water. Neither is heard from again, and, more than twenty minutes later, sounds of muffled gunfire suggest their deaths, which nevertheless remain unconfirmed for certain.
