Donna Madsen is the wife of Peter Madsen in 24: The Game, however the two had not seen each other for years. After Peter left her, she was addicted to heroin and Del Toro, a drug dealer that traded with Peter, guns for drugs, supplied her addiction. Donna was interrogated by Jack Bauer and revealed Del Toro's name and location, as well as what his connection was to Peter.
Donna had originally lived in Covina but had later moved to Whittier.
