Donna Madsen was the ex-wife of Peter Madsen during the events of The Game.
Before The Game
Donna and Peter had not seen each other for years. After Peter left her, she became addicted to heroin and Del Toro, a drug dealer that traded with Peter, guns for drugs, supplied her addiction.
She had originally lived in Covina but had later moved to Whittier.
