Dorman worked for the bio-terrorist mastermind Stephen Saunders during Day 3.

Stephen Saunders sent Dorman to covertly meet with Michael Amador on what proved to be a suicide mission. Amador believed he had escaped from CTU agents, but was being tracked by a transmitter in his arm bandage. When Amador arrived at Dorman's car, Dorman gave him a briefcase which Saunders supposedly filled with money and documents for fleeing the US. Upon opening it, however, Amador saw a large bomb and the case almost immediately exploded, killing him and Dorman and wrecking the car. Jack Bauer and Chase Edmunds, who were tailing Amador, saw the result of Dorman's suicide mission. Soon after, Saunders presented his demands to the President, David Palmer.
