Ed Miller was a CTU Los Angeles field agent.
Miller was assigned as a guard for Nina Myers to prevent Jack Bauer from killing her. He was drugged by Jack as part of a plan to terrorize Nina and driven back to CTU unconscious by another agent.
Miller was a part of Michelle Dessler's Field Team sent into the Chandler Plaza Hotel. He assisted in interviewing Kathy McCartney, who knew of a possibly-infected guest that escaped the quarantine. He did a fingerprint test on Kathy's belt buckle when prompted by Michelle, and sent a print to CTU which led to the identification of the man.

- Since Miller was seen without a HAZMAT suit after the release of the Cordilla Virus, it is possible that he died as a result, but his ultimate fate was not shown.
