Evan was a network operations tech at CTU Los Angeles during Day 3.

Day 3[]

Michelle Dessler was distraught when her husband Tony Almeida required intense surgery for a gunshot wound inflicted by David Gomez. She phoned Evan in another part of CTU and asked him to check whether they could view the live footage of the operation at the hospital. Evan confirmed it, and set up the connection to her computer monitor. She was deeply moved by the sight of Tony in such a vulnerable state.
