Evans was a CTU bomb squad agent active during the events of The Game.

Evans was one of the members of the bomb squad that followed Jack Bauer through a construction site that contained a bomb. The other member of the bomb squad was agent Landis. Shortly after reaching the bomb site, Evans was shot and killed by a terrorist. Landis was soon killed by falling debris from a second bomb after disarming the first.
