Felsted Security is a laterally-integrated commercial private security patrol business operating in Burbank, California. Its protective staff includes civilians with some minor police training and technical skills, as well as military veterans and retired police officers. Security systems it installs for its clients include standard burglary, holdup, and fire alarms as well as video surveillance equipment. The majority of the staff was killed when Jack and Audrey were targeted by assassins sent by Powell, who learned of their location from his corporate spy, Marianne Taylor.

Shortly after 1:40pm, Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines went with a CTU field team to Felsted Security to ascertain the identity of the man (Henry Powell) whom Audrey recognized while in terrorist captivity with her father. Jack and Audrey went through security footage with a Felsted computer worker, Gary. Shortly after Jack noticed that Mitchell, the Felsted desk guard, was missing, they were ambushed by a hit team sent by Powell and Gary was mortally wounded. Gary was able to save the footage on a flash stick for Jack before dying. Jack and Audrey avoided the hostiles and made it to the garage, seeing the dead employees everywhere. Knowing that there was a mole within CTU Los Angeles, Jack called Tony Almeida for backup. Jack ran out of bullets, but Tony finished off the remaining hit-men and they left with him.

• Marianne Taylor said to an employer that Felsted Security was at 357 White Oak Boulevard in Burbank, California, however, her computer screen showed 457 White Oak.
