Rodriguez was a man working for Robert Daniels, a terrorist mercenary, during the events of The Game.
The Game[]
Rodriguez was one of the guards at the downtown building at 1023 North Broadson where Jack Bauer had followed Daniels. At approximately 8:15am, Rodriguez headed down to the loading bay where he was subsequently shot and killed by Jack Bauer, who acquired his radio. Bauer used the radio to avoid an ambush by O'Neil and Bradley and kill them.
