Snay was an United States Marine Corps serviceman on duty during Day 2.
He was present at Lake Oswego as David Palmer was recalled from his fishing trip to go back to the Northwest Regional Operations Complex. Later, at around 6:15pm, Snay and another marine accompanied Colonel Lamb to arrest NSA director Roger Stanton on charges of conspiracy to commit treason, and escorted Stanton to a holding cell. Snay then went to the District headquarters in Los Angeles. After James Prescott invoked the 25th Amendment, Snay escorted David Palmer to a holding room and stood guard outside while Prescott took over the presidency. ("4:00am-5:00am")
