The ARCO Towers formed a skyscraper complex in Downtown Los Angeles, California.
Under interrogation, Marie Warner claimed that Second Wave had placed their nuclear weapon on a van headed for the ARCO Towers, and that CTU team had three hours to find the bomb before it detonated. However, Jack Bauer did not believe her since she would not have been able to see the timer on the bomb. He ordered the CTU team to continue searching the airfield for the bomb.
